About Greater Manchester Ethnic Community Network
The network is going through a development programme and became an independent organisation in 2023, re-naming itself the GM Ethnic Communities Network CIC. The network continues to work with GMCVO as a supportive partner as it evolves.
Its aim is to provide networking opportunities and better access to knowledge, information and support for Voluntary, Community, Faith and Social Enterprise (VCFSE) sector organisations led by and/or supporting communities who experience racial inequalities across Greater Manchester.
The Greater Manchester Ethnic Communities Network aims to redress some of the current inequalities in the VCFSE sector by improving access to support services and providing networking opportunities for organisations who support communities experiencing racial inequality in Greater Manchester.
